Amie was born and raised in the greater Grand Rapids area and continues to reside here with her husband James. They have five adult children and two wonderful grandchildren.
Amie credits her parents and grandparents for instilling in her a passion for hard work and the value of deep family ties. Her success she attributes to her strong Christian faith and her devotion to treating every client like a member of her family.
Amie and her husband, James, have worked together in the financial services industry for 13 years. They feel blessed to have been able to build a successful business together. As a financial advisor and fiduciary, Amie helps individuals and families live the retirement they desire. She is a firm believer that there are no one-size-fits-all strategies when it comes to planning for your golden years. Amie does not have a template for her clients, but rather invests enough time with them to understand the lifestyle they want, then creates a holistic strategy that aligns their financial plan with their financial priorities.
Outside of work she can be found spending quality time with family, leading a women’s small group at her church and mentoring women throughout her church and community. She enjoys the warm summer months, early morning runs, working in her yard, dinner with friends and especially spoiling her grandchildren and nephews and niece.
